C & C Power is looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for the quality inspection of electro mechanical equipment, calibration program, preventative maintenance and defective material. Additional responsibilities include safety compliance and supporting the training program.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Inspect / test high voltage AC/DC electro mechanical assemblies including circuit breakers, battery cabinets, bypasses and other electrical equipment.
  • Operate testing equipment such as multimeters, dielectric tester (Hipot) and other electrical test equipment evaluate results and conformity to test procedures.
  • Support Tool / Equipment Calibration and Preventative Maintenance programs and root cause analysis including corrective action.
  • Provide expertise on process and procedures to help promote best practices and help colleagues.
  • Advocate for safety including identifying hazards, promoting safe work habits and ensuring PPE compliance.
  • Assist with defective material process including maintaining MRB area, driving timely resolution of material and executing disposition.
  • Coordinate training program including training compliance, record keeping and closing open training gaps.


Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • High School Diploma. College or trade school with experience with AC/DC circuits preferred.
  • Two years' experience working with electrical circuits.
  • Ability to understand technical instructions, service manuals and schematics.
  • Ability to safely operate test equipment including voltage / amp meters, dielectric test equipment (Hipot) and other equipment.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, prioritize tasks and understand urgency required to meet goals.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and ERP system.
